Refund & Cancellation Policy

At TOC Bakers, we’re committed to delivering quality and satisfaction with every order. Please read our refund and cancellation terms for online food orders and custom party orders carefully before placing an order.

1. Online Food Orders (Immediate / Same-Day Delivery)

• Cancellations:
  Once an order is confirmed and being prepared, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate before placing the order.

• Refunds:
  Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

  • Order was not delivered due to a TOC error

  • Incorrect item delivered

  • Order was damaged or spoiled at the time of delivery

  All refund requests must be raised within 1 hour of delivery, along with clear photographs as proof.

• No Refunds will be issued if:

  • The delivery address or contact number provided was incorrect

  • The delivery was refused without valid reason

  • You change your mind after the order is confirmed

  • Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are granted solely at the discretion of the management

2. Party Orders (Custom Cakes & Custom Party Boxes)

• Cancellations:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time.

  • Orders cancelled within 24 hours of delivery are non-refundable, as preparation begins in advance.

• Refunds:
  Refunds are applicable only in the following scenarios:

  • Incorrect customization or major deviation from confirmed design

  • Order not delivered due to an error on our end

• Modifications:
  Design or flavor changes can be accepted up to 12 hours before delivery, subject to feasibility and confirmation.

How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

• • Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are granted solely at the discretion of the management
